Many people trying to lose weight seem to fall into the trap of late night eating. Overeating late at night has got to go before you can successfully burn-off unhealthy fat from your body. When you eat foods high in fat or calories during a part of the day when you’re not going to do any physical activities after wards to burn it off, you will gain weight. It is not necessarily the time of day you eat that can cause you to gain weight, but more the type of foods you eat during late night binges.
